The Break Up Kit is a way of surrounding yourself with a clear goal and helping you achieve it with songs, pictures and inspirational quotes to remind you that you're not alone.

Anything is possible if you set your mind to it. Change can be good. It's always a chance to filter the bad out of your life and find that there are so many ways to be not BITTER, but BETTER.

Breakupkit is not only for post break up survivors! This tumblr site is also for anyone who's experienced disappointments, needs a little encouragement or is simply looking for inspiration.

With each post comes the hope that it happens to be exactly what you need right now.
